Agreement with Yida Group and CSCEC

Century 3 has recently signed a Three Parties Framework Agreement with Yida International Investment Group, an international investment company focusing on a diversity of industries and sectors, and China Construction First Division Group Construction & Development Co. Ltd. (CSCEC) for development of a $750 million mixed-use tourism-focused investment project. Century 3 would serve as the owner’s representative at the front-end consulting phase, offering overall project planning, master plan, business consultancy, financing scheme and etc. Century 3 and CSCEC will also jointly perform the EPC work at the project execution phase.

The project, signed between Yida Group and Antigua and Barbuda’s government, includes the construction of five-star hotels, a golf course, 1,300 residential units, shopping facilities, a modern conference center, and a casino. As included in the memorandum, Yida International Investment Group, represented by its director Yida Zang, has proceeded with the purchase of the 600 hectares of land where the project is built.

The Three Parties Framework Agreement for the resort and residential development in Antigua, which is planned to be the largest one in the region, is representative of Century 3’s capabilities to provide services with uncompromising standard of quality across every phase of a project.
