Dutch Students Visit Century 3

Century 3 Asia Pacific Inc., a leading EPCM firm in China recently hosted three groups of college students from Biberach University of Applied Sciences from Germany and Inholland University of Applied Sciences from Netherlands respectively, to prepare students for their future careers through learning about Century 3’s business model, gaining insight on engineering disciplines and construction market of China.
Approximately 60 students from the two universities got a detailed
understanding of the operation of engineering and construction company through
presentation delivered by Director of Business Development and Marketing of
Century 3, who also introduced Century 3’s role in supporting Chinese companies
investing overseas and delivering reliable solutions to foreign clients who
intend to expand their business in China. Students also learned about the advanced
engineering software BIM (a digital representation of physical and functional
characteristics of a facility), an application Century 3 uses to design buildings
for complex and capital projects. The presentation concluded with a Q&A
session to give students more opportunities to ask questions related to pursuing
a career in the engineering field.
After the visit to Century 3, students are also entitled to
participate in Century 3’s internship program for international students. Interns
will get hands-on experience working with a team of industrial experts and
chances to work for some of the world’s most renowned clients and potentially
become an employee of Century 3.
