On September 21, 2023, Xi'an IKEA Shopping Center, nestled in Yanta District of Xi'an, reached 7 million safe hours milestone. Century 3, who provides procurement and construction management services for the project, attended the celebration.
Spanning an area of approximately 320,000 square meters and boasting an investment of around 4.3 billion RMB, Xi'an IKEA Shopping Center is set to emerge as a major complex that integrates an IKEA store and other shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure facilities. The 7 million safe hours milestone signals the project's steady progress towards its anticipated opening in April 2024.
