2016 Management Team Building

Over 80 management leaders of Century 3 have gathered in Changzhou from 22nd to 24th, July to attend the 2016 Century 3 Management Team Building Program. The meeting started with Mr. Ross Chen’s speech of EHS awareness. After that, Mr. Rong He, CEO of Century 3 Asia Pacific, briefed company’s performance for the first half year of 2016 as well as company’s future plan. Following Mr. Frank Hu, President of Century 3’s topic on Operation and Quality Management was Ms. Carrie Wang’s presentation about company’s CSR initiative. Ms. Cherry Chen, Engineering Manager of DHV Beijing, also introduced Century 3’s newly acquired business sector - DHV’s Beijing operation.
The meeting was a special occasion for networking as BU leaders and industrial professionals from different locations gathered together. Creative team building activities such as percussion instrument ensemble brought lots of fun to participants, increasing effectiveness of individuals through performing music using different instruments at different pace. The 3-day program concluded with a sightseeing tour to Changzhou’s Global Dinosaur Town, offering plenty of chances for team members to communicate and learn from each other.
